Dr. Mooney has raised approximately $400 million in equity and debt financing, executed an $81 million international acquisition of a European immunotherapy company, and secured numerous domestic and international technology licensing agreements. His leadership spans multiple continents and encompasses both biotechnology and medical device development, overseeing all phases of clinical trials (I-III) and pivotal device studies.
